The worker with pink hair was just completely rude. My boyfriend had never been and he missed the speaker box pulled up to the window to tell them he had a mobile order, then did not give us a chance to tell her the name for the mobile order before she slammed the windows in our faces then she gave us the wrong drink and yelled at us when we told her it was wrong then she Had yelled at us because we didn’t give her name for the order. I get having a bad day but you do not treat customers like that Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

In my 30 years in sales, I have purchased thousands of donuts for sales presentations all over the country from every donut franchise. In all that time I've never had an experience like this. I walked into the Seneca store. Two people were working the counter. No greeting, no eye contact, no acknowledgement whatsoever. I was in fact as invisible as Harry Potter wearing his invisibility cloak. It took me a minute to realize that there is no counter service; you are to place your order at the kiosk. I fumbled with the GUI for a minute or two and finally placed my order and paid. They don't accept cash. I sat down and waited. A few minutes later I heard my name called. The bag was placed on the counter. Apparently, I was still invisible. Nobody looked at me. Nobody saw me. Nobody said thank you. When I got home, I was disappointed to find the donuts and holes were mediocre to poor quality. The holes were kinda soggy and sad. I threw them out. The strawberry iced donut was edible but was clearly made the day before, not at all fresh. It too was a sad representation of what I had purchased hundreds of times before for many years. I cannot recommend the Seneca Dunkin Donut store for its service or its product, both were very poor representations of a once great franchise. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Hands down one of the coolest places I've ever gone to fast friendly service the food is great and hot the drinks are hot and cold and made right to order you we'll miss out if you don't go to this place and try at least once. The staff at this dunkin' donuts is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10
