The food at this place has always been hit or miss. This morning has been the worst. All the donuts have melted toppings, which is not great, but still edible. This kreuler, on the other hand, is just horrid. I have never seen a Dunkin donut so bad. There is no way to complain on the app. $11 should guarantee some satisfaction on 6 donuts. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This has been our go-to Dunkin’ Donuts for years. This morning we stopped by and placed an order for two. As usual, we asked for a glass of tap water while picking up our food, but the server refused unless we paid for it. That was surprising, especially since just a few days ago another nearby Dunkin’ provided tap water without any issue. The server said the manager required them to charge for it. Very disappointing experience. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20

Dunkin's quality has gone to nearly zero. Just got a dozen and half the donuts seem like days old. I know they try to cut costs by doing regional baking but man they need to figure it out! I used to got 2 to 3 times a month. Now there lucky if I got once every 2 to 3 months. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
