Im so sad that the service for this dunkin is lacking. 1st im really not sure even after asking if the drive thru menu was limited. The menu may have been broken, based on employee response " all our customers know whats on the menu we dont need it" it just doesnt have anything but current promotions. So I asked what hot drinks they had, response "we have cold and hot drinks" So again I asked what hot drinks, response " we have cold and hot drinks" Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

They don't seem to care or want to get your coffee right so many times I've got an iced coffee and it tasted horrible and then they lied and said that Duncan is not making the crumble anymore...which I found out that was a lie. The one on Allen and West Road in Woodhaven does it perfect I'm going to post what it should look like from the one in Woodhaven. And the girls in Eureka Duncan they're not friendly Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The service at this Dunkin' Donuts is terrible, you cannot understand any of the employees because their English is terrible I tried asking what kind of filled donuts they had and I had to ask them to keep repeating themselves because I could not understand them, finally I said forget it and drove away, how can you run a business when your customers cant understand you??? At least hire someone who can speak proper English, , never again will I go there, I will find one where they can speak proper English Service: 1
