I placed a mobile order so I could grab-and-go while on my way to other things. I arrived 10 minutes after placing the order, the store was empty inside and there was nobody in the Drive-Thru or connected gas station, yet my order was not ready and only after confirming my name did the Dunkin' Donuts employee then start to brew coffee since there was none ready. I told them to cancel the order and I left. What is the point of a mobile app and online ordering if the store doesn't even bother to start until you arrive. This has happened to me twice at this location since my hotel for work is nearby, but I'm not trying a third time. Never had any issue with mobile orders at any other Dunkin' Donuts, just this location. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don’t bother. Go down the road to dix. The only good thing I’ll say about this place is that it’s new so it looks nice. The employees are so unbelievably rude I can’t type enough about it. I’ve tried this location multiple times and they act like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Rude staff. I tried ordering a shaken expresso and worker rudely asking me if I see it on the screen?! What kind of question is this? I always order this drink almost everyday, it’s on the app and at every Dunkin. She proceeds to say if a drink isn’t on the screen I can’t order it. I won’t come back here again. I will take my money elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
