I stopped by Dunkin around 5:30 PM on Saturday to order a drink and asked for the Very Cherry Daydream Refresher. When I got to the drive-thru window to pay, the employee handed me the wrong drink. I politely let him know about the mistake, and he rolled his eyes and mumbled, “I’m gonna have to make a new one.” When he handed me the corrected drink, I said “thank you,” but he immediately slammed the drive-thru window shut without saying anything. I told him I didn’t appreciate the rude behavior, as the interaction felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. After a long day at work, I was simply hoping to enjoy. I hope management takes customer service more seriously so future customers are treated with more kindness and respect. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location again. This store is ALWAYS out of stock on multiple things. That’s not always in anyone’s control but the employee I dealt with today needs some customer service training. She was less than unhelpful with trying to figure out substitutes for a syrup they were out of, just looked at me like I should know what they have in stock. Almost forgot some of my food and seemed put out that she had to go get the item that I paid for I’m not asking for sunshine and rainbows because I understand customer service is not always the most fun. But at least be friendly and helpful, I feel like that’s not too much to ask. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Love my Dunkin' no matter where I go I can count on the same quality, great service by happy employees. My only two downsides are on the hash browns and whomever does the analysis on order quantities. Hash browns are not good. They are not tasty nor crispy. Blah! Change vendors! The Ham and Swiss croissant stuffer always runs out of stock regardless of the location. You are missing sales. Love the snackin' bacon! Folks at this location were awesome.
