I love Dunkin coffee and always leave my change as a tip. Bless this young lady's heart, I gave her a $10 bill for a $4.16 coffee and said give me the $5 and keep the change. She gave me 85 cents and kept the $5 bill.... lol I had to get to work and didn't want to make her feel bad. So I let it go.

Just like many others in the reviews, I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and I always order the same thing so I know what my drink is supposed to look like and taste like I always order a cold brew, sugar-free vanilla and sugar-free coconut. It has been on multiple occasions where I can tell I’ve been given an iced coffee versus a cold brew due to the water down taste of just plain water slight taste of coffee and too much cream. I don’t know if the quality of the coffee has gotten worse, but I always make sure to ask if they still have cold brew left. I’d prefer to get something hot than to get some water down drink that taste like milk, water, and sugar. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Well I just found out some information that the people of Springfield need to know about the new Dunkin' Donuts across from McDonald's. I started off saying I wanted a dozen donuts, then I listed the 12 that I wanted. They told me the charge was $20.75! When I went to pay I ask them, is it really $20 for a dozen donuts now?? They said no it's $13 and I said well then why am I being charged $20.75? She said it's because you didn't say you wanted a dozen donuts first, you just listed them. When I said that I didn't think that was right, she proceeded to cuss me out!! This will be the last time I ever go there. once again, I am reminded why Donut Palace is the king in Springfield! Kid-friendliness: I'm sure everyone in the restaurant heard this woman cussing me out. So no I would say this place is not kid-friendly Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
