What happened to this Dunkin? It used to be so efficient. Today they Had 8 cars (not including me) waiting and stuck in the drive thru for over twelve minutes. Made a handful of all of us almost late to work. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The new manager is the worse person, treated my daughter really bad and make her feel so bad that she left her job. Not fair that a manager make her employees feel like that. The old manager Gloria was the best always making her employees feel comfortable at work, karma is going to get this heartless person one day! Me, family and friends always buy at this Dunking in Stickney and it will be the last time, more then 20 ppl will stop buying here, everyone is upset for what this new manager did to her! Service: 1

Love the new look and the new location! The staff is quick and friendly the cashier was a little nervous taking out order but her coworkers were very friendly and helped her! Thanks Dunkin. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
