When I walked in no one greeted everyone seems mad. They ignored me for a couple mins before asking me what my order was. Then had an attitude in her voice. When I left I told them have a nice day. No one said anything. I order a medium Carmel coffee with 3 shots of espresso and it tasted like straight milk with a little Carmel. I would have. Went back but i got it on my 30 mins break and don’t have time. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've been a loyal Dunkin' customer for years, but my recent experiences in Thomaston have been disappointing. The staff seem a bit young and often have a bit of an unpleasant attitude, much less can't seem to make a decent cup of coffee, which ends up tasting like sugary cream. However, there's one lady who consistently makes great coffee that resembles most dunkin coffees elsewhere and has a wonderful attitude. She's the only African American woman I've seen working there, and I prefer to visit when she's working. Next time I go in to the Thomaston dunkin and I see her I'll get her name and shift and will leave a 5 star review! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
