Airport location, self order touch screen, doesnt give an option to use rewards and collect points. Basic choices but I have never been to a DD. So it was confusing. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

I travel frequently throughout state and Arizona and visit many Dunkin' locations, but this was by far the worst customer service experience I have encountered. When I approached the counter at the Tucson Airport Dunkin', I was still deciding what I wanted to order. A young employee named Angel approached me and asked what I wanted. I explained that I wasn't sure yet, and she immediately replied that I needed to order quickly because they were closing in three minutes. While I understand businesses have closing times, the manner in which this was communicated felt rude and unwelcoming. I then asked a simple question about the Pumpkin Nut Protein Iced Coffee, specifically what type of protein it contained. Her response was simply, "milk," delivered with a noticeable attitude. At that point, I was already feeling uncomfortable with the interaction. When I decided to order the drink, I was directed to use the self-service kiosk. Since it was my first time using the kiosk, I had trouble locating the item. Angel came out from behind the counter, and I initially thought she was coming to help. Instead, she stepped toward me and repeatedly said, "EXCUSE ME!" in a very aggressive and confrontational tone. I was genuinely surprised by how I was being treated. At that point, I decided not to complete my purchase. As a District Manager myself, if one of my employees treated customers this way, I would be extremely concerned. Customer service should never make guests feel rushed, annoyed, or unwelcome. I attempted to speak with a manager to provide feedback, but unfortunately, no manager was available. While another employee tried to help me locate one, Angel repeatedly announced her name several times, which came across as sarcastic and unprofessional. This experience left a very negative impression. Employees represent the brand, and customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they're simply trying to place an order. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training. I left my business card with the other employee and simply asked her to give it to her manager or management.
