Me and my sister stopped bye to get dunklatte drinks and we ordered less ice. It slipped our mind to ask for it to get topped off with more coffee milk so when we got our drinks at the window we asked for it to get topped. They took the drinks back and a second later the woman opened the window and with the nastiest attitude i have ever experienced told us that we can either get it with more ice like how its supposed to be or pay for coffee milk because we cant get it for free. There is nothing wrong with what she said but how she said it. I am okay with paying extra for a bit more milk but to say that with that much malice and attitude is unacceptable. I just took the drinks back as is. I was on my way back from a wedding and it genuinely ruined my happy mood. I understand we all have our bad days but to let that affect others is unacceptable. I hope that woman got her venom out on us because I dont want that to happen to anyone else. Its not hard to watch your tone is all. Service: 1
