According to the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer perfectly cooked doughnuts here. You will be offered great matcha. Dunkin' is suitable for people who have a snack in a hurry because they can order dishes as a takeaway. Most guests indicate that the staff is cute. This place is remarkable for its fine service. The pleasant atmosphere has been highlighed by the clients. But this spot is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Stood at counter for almost 10 minutes before the 2 people in front of me were helped and one left upset before even being helped. Watched the staff stand with her back to the customers and text while on phone call in her earbuds. Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I’ve been a loyal customer for months. Spending at least $100 a week here. After so many mobile orders being incomplete, I am done. Twice they haven’t opened up on time and I had to go back 3 times each time until they were opened. They never have the right bagels and donuts for my kids. Today was the last draw. These guys know me and just told me to come back tomorrow. There is no tomorrow. There’s more DD and TH down the road. I’m tired of having to change my order at the window or in store because they don’t have their products they “sell”. Their manager or owner told them to refund me today but it took them calling just for me to get my money. It was about principle. I’m tired of crap service in this area. My $$ can go somewhere else. And read the other reviews. No joke, there drinks are so inconsistent Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
