I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff member, Mohammed Aqeedullah, was extremely rude when I asked about the new Riri product. Instead of assisting me or explaining its availability properly, he responded in an unprofessional manner and then ignored me to serve another customer while I was still speaking. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I believe management should seriously review the behavior of their staff. In contrast, other places like Starbucks consistently demonstrate friendliness and professionalism. They always have problem at there counter some time the card works and some time the cash when you go with cash they dont have change Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
