Why is the restaurant closed? Lights are also on, sign board is also on, loud is on but there is no guard, the gate is locked, why is this?

The prices on the signage didn’t match what I paid and when I asked the staff about the difference they hide behind the fact that the system is right but the menu is wrong ..take it or leave it Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
