very bad experience the service is bad the coffee is not good at all only one employee in the morning while its rush Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very Bad Experience – Extremely Rude Staff I had a very unpleasant experience today. Two staff members were extremely rude, speaking in a loud and disrespectful manner. The way one of them prepared the frappe was unhygienic, and he looked angry while making the drinks. I ordered a strawberry frappe and a salted caramel frappe. He said the strawberry was 16 SAR and the salted caramel was 19 SAR. Later, the strawberry frappe was served without cream, and the salted caramel was given as a cold drink, not a frappe. When I questioned it, he became even more upset. The other staff member was laughing at us and even suggested that we cancel the order while laughing. When I went to pay, the price suddenly changed to 20 SAR each. This is unacceptable. This happened on 16/01/2026 at around 1300H. The Filipino staff member was polite and helpful, unfortunately he is not around, but the other two staff were extremely rude and arrogant. Very disappointing experience. I will never comeback in this branch again!!! Price per person: SAR 20–40
