Doesn’t deserved a star specifically the cashier/barista/manager. I don’t think that he’s the manager he don’t know how to handle even single customer. I would like to make a complaint regarding my experience at one of your Dunkin’ Donuts branches. This is my first time visiting this branch, and I was very disappointed with the service of the cashier/barista. I only ordered a small black coffee. After tasting it, I politely mentioned that the taste was different from the usual coffee I always get from Dunkin’ Donuts because I am a regular customer. I also asked if there was another coffee machine being used. Instead of responding professionally, the cashier/barista became rude and raised his voice at me. He told me, “I have many work, if you want I will cancel your order,” in a very disrespectful manner. I felt like he did not want to do his job or assist customers properly. I was only asking politely because I know the usual taste of Dunkin’ coffee. I did not expect to be treated rudely for simply asking about my order. I hope management can address this issue and remind the staff to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Thank you.

Waiting for 30 min to have a pickup, and after reaching the window, my order is not available i had to order something else !!! Put more employees in such rushed branch. Price per person: SAR 60–80 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
