Don't order online unless you plan to pick up an hour later. Placed prder for asap and got there 10 minutes later. There was *No line inside* and was told I needed to wait 45 minutes. After pressing a bit they made the order. Just weird without a line that they make a fuss about being early. Customer service is important. Meal type: Lunch

Hi Nora, thank you for your feedback! I’m truly sorry for the frustration you experienced. As a small business, unfortunately we have to manually adjust our prep times throughout the day based off how busy we are. It looks like we totally forgot to change them back after a busy period, so the system gave you a later pickup time than what would typically be expected. Customer service is very important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have addressed this with our team and hope you will give us another chance to earn your business. Thank you! Slayde Kolb General Manager

I went there often with family and was always so so so happy to eat here at Durangos, even at lunchtime in school I would drive over here to eat because it is one of the finest places to go if you are in a hurry or looking for some delicious mexican food. The line is pretty selfexplanatory, you move down the line and order as you go, kind of like a build a bear but with a delicious burrito instead. I remember the staff akways asked what I wanted, and I would always go to the large sweet pork burrito with lime roce and pinto beans. And with the cheese and the sauce, it just makes my mouth water thinking about it. They put some extra rice/salad/soup on the side of the burrito if you want your burrito to have more flavor and texture, me personally, I prefer more sauce be ause it makes the tortilla more flavorful and easier to eat. The mixture of the burrito is super fresh and super delicious. The staff works hard ti make sure the burrito is according to your customs, even smiling and being excited that you are there...There are times you have to repeat what you ask for because sometimes the staff cant hear because the place is super busy. But I can tell the staff is trying hard, instead of assuming, they arent afraid to ask again. After you get the food wether dine in or take out, if you do dine in, you get clean tables and clean floor to eat, with the mexican attire around the place, it uplifts and just seems like a happy place to be. As I have eaten here many many maaaaany times bere before, most of the time I eat eith famiky, and we are able to talk, visit, and just hangout. For me this place will alwyas be my go to, my favorite, and the best mexican food place I have ever gone to. And that is not a exageration. Thank you Durangos for teaching my tastebuds what perfect food tastes like, and thank you for the staff that consistently work hard and smart to make sure everything is according to the needs/wants of the customer. And of course I will surely come back again for more, either by myself or with family, depends, but I would always come back for more action... Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: It has some salad, chips and dip, and some deserts if you arent quite the meat eater, durangos has a fair selection of things you could try Dietary restrictions: Last time I was there, they had gluten and healthy options in case you cant have meat or anything too salty,

I absolutely loved Durango’s Mexican Grill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and every bite was amazing. I’ve always been a big fan of Costa Vida and Café Rio, but Durango’s is every bit as good—if not better! The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the portions were perfect. Definitely my new go-to spot for delicious Mexican food. Highly recommend! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
