I’m not one to leave a bad review, but 2 days in a row my order has been messed up. I ordered a large and small on the first day but received a small and a medium. The following day, I ordered a small and a large but I got two mediums. Even after the barista asked for clarification on the sizes, I got the wrong ones. Now I have to deal with two extra charges on my card. Hoping that I actually get a refund for both orders that got messed up. Absolutely ridiculous. Normally I don’t have any issues but having this happen in two consecutive days is beyond frustrating. Hopefully they aren’t doing this to everyone and I hope it gets fixed.
