We made a quick coffee stop on our way from Theth to Berat. The coffee was one of the best and cheapest we’ve had in Albania! On a quiet pedestrian street, we sat outside. Service was great. Toilet was basic. We parked in the Spar car park (we were picking up supplies from there anyway). Price per person: ALL 1–500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
