What an incredible hidden gem in Anaheim! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Easy Young Modern Asian Café, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, Mandy provided exceptional customer service and made me feel right at home. Nick prepared an amazing meal, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu offers something unique, from crispy dumplings and delicious bowls to specialty coffee and matcha drinks. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into every item they serve. My personal favorite was the Mont Blanc Cold Brew. The fresh orange zest, smooth cloud-like topping, and bright citrus finish created one of the most refreshing and memorable coffee drinks I've ever had. It was truly outstanding. Tucked away near the Anaheim Stadium area, this café is a true local gem. The atmosphere is welcoming, the food and drinks are exceptional, and the service is second to none. As a local business owner, I always appreciate businesses that genuinely care about their customers, and this team absolutely does. If you're looking for great food, incredible coffee, and a place you'll want to come back to again and again, Easy Young Modern Asian Café is a must-visit. Food was soooo good! We both got the char sui pork & I got all the fixings. Just to note, you’re only allowed to add up to 5 veggies, but they were nice enough to allow me to get all just this one time! I’ll definitely know for next time. We also got the Black Marble & Mont Blanc cold brews. Both were amazing! Glad something like this opened so close to me. Atmosphere & service was top-tier! Fresh, flavorful, and seriously satisfying. The build-your-own bowls are packed with bold, chipotle-style Asian flavors, and everything tastes high-quality and well-seasoned. Fast service, great portions, and a perfect spot when you want something quick but still delicious. Definitely coming back!
