I stopped by Ediya Coffee in Gyeyang on a rainy afternoon while working remotely from Incheon—it's just a short walk from my Airbnb, making it very convenient. I grabbed an Americano and one of those fun fish-shaped red-bean breads (bungeo-ppang, right?). The bungeo-ppang was warm and sweet, a nice little treat, though the coffee was pretty standard. There were tons of seats available, so I settled in easily and got some solid work done. The AC was cranked up a tad high for my taste, and the background music was a bit louder than I'd prefer, but hey, it wasn't a big deal. What I really appreciated was the free water refills, charging outlets everywhere, and reliable WiFi—no hassle at all. Overall, it's a cozy spot to spend a few hours if you're in the area.
