Extremely disappointing. After such a long time of wanting to visit EFSY i finally got to bring my family here for our first visit and we were told that they're only serving coffee today. When i asked what happened and why that was the situation i was told that there's no cook today and only 1 barista. She didn't apologize and we felt very unwelcome so we left. We came here especially for the matcha & food and needless to say- we won't be coming back. It's sad that a place i had on my wish list to visit and took such effort to get to is so disappointing. I asked the day before if they're open and they specifically told me that they are. No mention of their lack of food, drinks & service. If you want to come here i guess you better make sure they're actually going to have food/ drinks before you come. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
