Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Rude Behavior of the Restaurant Manager I am writing this to formally lodge a complaint against the manager of your restaurant. My recent experience was extremely disappointing due to the highly unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful behavior of the manager. He completely lacks basic customer service etiquette and has no manners on how to speak to a customer. Instead of resolving issues and ensuring a good experience, his attitude was arrogant and hostile. A manager represents the restaurant, and having someone with such a terrible attitude in this position seriously damages your establishment's reputation. I strongly urge the management to take strict and immediate action regarding this matter. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and such behavior should not be tolerated. I hope to see prompt action taken on this issue

I’ve been ordering from Eggsactly for over 6 months now, and it’s my go-to for breakfast. My top 3 picks: - Turkey Sandwich: So fresh and flavourful, I can never get enough. - Trouble Eggs: Super filling and full of flavor. - Club Sandwich: Toasted and layered perfectly—always satisfying. The rest of the menu is great too! I’ve tried other options like the Shakshouka, Beef Bacon & Egg, and even the Avocado sandwich—all tasty and freshly made. Only one I personally didn’t enjoy much is the Spicy Truffle, but that’s just my preference. The quality, soft buns, fresh eggs, and generous portions keep me coming back. Highly recommend!
