All the customers like the menu that offers wonderful Mexican cuisine at this restaurant. A number of people think that you can try nicely cooked Tacos al Pastor, omelettes and tortillas here. Top tier tacos. Love the mix of tortillas they give you in your order. Super flavorful. The pastor and asada are excellent. Shrimp is a personal fave. They really knock it out of the park across the board. The corn tortillas quesadillas are not to be missed with the mixed masa. A feast for the eyes and the belly. Huge burritos. Can’t really say anything negative here. What you want from a taco truck. Open till 10. Chicken cooked v well and flavorful. Blue and yellow corn hand made tortillas. What a find. In a random spot Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I used the El Mas Chingon truck to cater one of our wedding events alongside a few other food trucks. We had met Maribel a few months before our wedding and loved her food – and how friendly she was. Maribel and her team were extremely helpful in coming up with an appropriately sized menu for our guest count and the varied dietary restrictions, plus a special kids menu! Everything went perfectly on the day of the event itself, the food was so delicious that many of our guests kept coming back for seconds!
