Let me be very clear I've been coming here with my family the last three times in 3 months every single time we come food and service gets worse have to ask for water constantly even though the water glasses are at the end of the table. We ordered Hialeah which is what we usually get first time was okay second time so so this last time we came in the late afternoon terrible. You can tell all the food was prepared earlier just stopped on the plate old clams old shrimp nothing was fresh $29. Waste of money this location sucks and it's the cook and the servers I'm sorry I have to say this I will not be coming back. And, on a hot day they don't turn on the air or they leave it really low trying to save money it really shows every single time NOT COMING BACK !!

The new el pollo Inka is amazing. Jazmin Evelyn and Johnathan took really good care of us. The booth we sat in was perfect for 7 of us maybe another 2 can fit if necessary. The lomo saltado is the best along with of course their rotisserie chicken. They have 3 salsas that are delicious. We will definitely be making el pollo Inka el Segundo a regular place to come and have family dinner.
