Soy cliente de la empresa en algunas ocasiones. Pero ayer me atendió el Sr Carlos V de una forma enojada que uno solicitaba información de un producto y no sabía responde o respondía de una forma diciendo todavía quiere más información del producto. Hasta el punto que mienta nos decidimos del producto se fue y llegó expresando van a comprar SI o No. Mi recomendación se que capacite al personal sobre el tema de atención al cliente y hacer prueba con clientes fantasma para evaluar el despeñó del personal y que puedan tener gente que aporte a su empresa..
