Good evening Madam, We are aware of your mixed opinion associated with our store, which you rate at 3 stars, and are sorry that our current assortment does not bring you complete satisfaction. Indeed, we have taken note of your wish to see the yogurt section reduced, in favor of vegan products, and we will not fail to convey your expectations to our managers of the self-service fresh produce section. However, we would like to point out to you that our managers constitute our assortment taking into account the expectations of our customers, our linear capacity, and that we study entry into range as soon as we register representative requests, which is not Unfortunately, this is not the case for this family of products. Indeed, by offering new ranges, without guarantee that they correspond to the needs of our customers, we are forced to reduce other families, certainly requested by a majority of customers, and we cannot therefore afford to trigger disappointments for many customers, which we hope you will understand.
