Embla in Lille was an absolute highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and focused on delivering an exceptional dining experience. The food was simply outstanding. The ceviche was incredibly fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced, while the tuna starter was nothing short of spectacular, easily one of the best dishes I've had in a long time. Both starters were so good that we were already planning how to travel from London to have onother meal before our mains even arrived. And then came the main course... wow. Beautifully presented, packed with flavour, and cooked to perfection. Every element on the plate worked together seamlessly, showcasing both creativity and incredible attention to detail. What impressed me most was how every dish managed to be refined without losing its soul. You can tell the kitchen genuinely cares about quality ingredients and letting them shine. If you're in Lille and appreciate exceptional food, Embla is an absolute must-visit. A memorable meal from start to finish, and one that will stay with me for a long time. Highly recommended.
