One of the best restaurants I have been recently. Way better than a lot of 2 stars that I have been (so EMI also deserves at least 2). Not a single miss in the menu. It was so good that I can't even say which dish was my favourite. The wine pairing was also insane. Crazy wines, that paired perfectly with every dish (even though I had the 'cheapest' pairing. I can't even imagine how insane the other, more expensive, pairings would have been). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

EMi offers an exceptional dining experience of remarkable precision and refinement. From the moment we were seated at the only table in the back, the evening felt intimate and thoughtfully curated. The hospitality from head chef Rubén and sommelier Miguel Ángel Millán was nothing short of extraordinary, delivered with warmth, confidence, and impeccable attention to detail. Each course was presented with a clear sense of purpose, and the chefs’ introductions elevated the tasting experience beautifully. The wine pairings were masterfully chosen, complementing each dish with nuance and sophistication. The quality of the cuisine, the depth of the cellar, and the level of service were all truly outstanding — an experience we will remember for a long time.
