Both Ningyocho Karakuri Watchtower and EN FACE are recommended for visiting. If you have never tried French cuisine, you should order a table and try the menu at this restaurant. To taste nicely cooked prosciutto, rillettes and sea bream is a truly nice idea. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve tasty corn jelly here. Wine is delicious, try it.

I dare say that there was nothing special but expensive. Mash potato was so heavy because it contains too much butter and the main, grilled meat, was awful since it wad hard to chew. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

2 minutes walk from Ningyocho Station! I visited [EN FACE]! Since opening in September 2019, the bistro has quickly gained popularity and is already fully booked for the rest of the year. "EN FACE" means "to face" in French. As the name suggests, the owner and chef, Mr. Tomohiko Kameyama, provides food and drinks while working closely with each customer. When Chef Kameyama was young, he decided to pursue a career in cooking after seeing the satisfaction of cooking for his family and seeing how happy they were. After graduating from a culinary school in Tokyo, he moved to France at the age of 27! From there, he spent five years in Paris studying under chefs of various genres, including Basque cuisine, southern France, and Alsatian cuisine. After that, he returned to Japan when the bistro he was working at at the time opened a branch in Tokyo. Furthermore, he served as the head chef at Hamamatsucho's "Repifue Eddine" from the time it opened, leading the restaurant to earn a Michelin Bib Gourmand! In September 2019, we finally opened [EN FACE] independently! The inside of the restaurant has a warm atmosphere reminiscent of an authentic Parisian bistro, and seats about 10 people. The long table called "Table Dot" is eye-catching! This time, I was attending a friend's private party, so I had a course instead of a la carte. The following is the content and impressions received. "Freshly cut raw ham" "Baguette, pork rillette" "Snow crab and celery root mousse and crustacean jelly" "Warm White Asparagus Salad" ``Corn cream soup'' "Fugu Milt and Cauliflower Gratin" "Duck thigh cassoulet" "Strawberry Blancmange" As expected, winning the Michelin Bib Gourmand for three years in a row is no joke. In addition to the size of each portion, the menu is prepared using techniques backed by numerous experiences, and the menu is full of hearty and delicious dishes! The first dish was a straight-forward dish of 18-month aged Jean Bond Bayonne thinly sliced with a Berkel slicer and red meat melon from Ibaraki Prefecture. The contrast between salty and sweet is irresistible. For the third dish, the soft and sweet celery root mousse, the umami-rich crustacean jelly, and the green apple that added texture and sour accents created an exquisite harmony with the snow crab on top. I wanted to drink all the white wine in one go (lol) And personally, the most impressive thing was the warm white asparagus salad! After fragrantly grilling white asparagus from the Loire, France, it is topped with a special sauce, two types of cheese (mozzarella and mimolette), a poached egg, and vegetables. The texture and the flavor mixed together will leave you in agony. Before we knew it, we had been there for about 5 hours and ended up eating and drinking 12 bottles of wine among 10 people, but we had a delicious and enjoyable time. I would like to thank the secretary and Chef Kameyama for inviting me. If there is a chance, I would like to visit you again. It was a feast.
