My experience at Encebollados Altamar was wonderful. The service was excellent. I ordered shrimp ceviche for starter and onion ceviche for main course, both full of flavor and very well prepared. It was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this place. Recommended dishes: Fish Encebollado and Shrimp Ceviche.
