This restaurant is truly a hidden gem and unlike anything else in the area. The atmosphere is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making it a wonderful place to enjoy a meal. Every dish was absolutely delicious and expertly prepared by a talented chef, with great attention to flavor and presentation. What made the experience even better was the warm, friendly, and attentive staff, who made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. We had a fantastic dinner at ENSIS tonight. We found attentive service, a good Bolivian wine list, and an interesting blend of classic French dishes and local items. Every item was plated with obvious pride and attention to detail. We had one of the soups and 3 different beef dishes. They were all absolutely top notch and would have been right at home being served at a big city restaurant at 4X the price point. We finished with 2 Creme brulee, that was equally on point. Congratulations to the owner and staff on executing at such a high level. It is highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Bs 200+
