The reservation process is overly lengthy, and they accept bookings only if you are an influencer or blogger. I have attempted to reserve a table multiple times, only to be repeatedly rejected. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers. Service: 1

First of all, I start with the ambience the brand is so authentic it is.Esca while walking in the restaurant you can tell how warm and amazing is the place and friendly. It is for a fine dining experience. The service is absolutely legit team members are so friendly, and on top of that the chef was in order. i had the best Salmon ever had and the combination hot appetizers salad is super super something you should try and come over on your next trip or if you’re around Cairo Meal type: Lunch Price per person: E£900–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Truffle Risotto, Salmon Special Rolls, Mashed Potato, Grilled Octopus and Salmon Salad, Sushi and Sashimi Combo, California Roll
