We stumbled upon Esp. Nerd when walking through the historic district. What a find it was, I had a perfect Flat White and my partner had a Magic (for those from Melbourne, Australia ). Go here for good coffee and lovely service and conversation with the owner! A place for coffee lovers! We had an espresso freddo (shaken!) and an iced café mocha. Both were delicious ; well prepared and refreshing on a hot day. The barista is a local but speaks perfect English. Meal type: Other Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wow, it's easy to see why this shop has such excellent reviews. The coffee (had a cafe latte) was absolutely incredible, one of the best we've had in Japan. I would highly reccomend!
