At this restaurant, try nicely cooked steaks, seafood and tenderloin. The pleasant staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. A number of visitors think that the service is satisfying. When you enter this place, you feel the peaceful ambiance. But ESTOS Clark hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

We first visited in March for our monthly date, and everything we ordered was really good. The serving time was also fast. The Tenderloin with chimichurri sauce stood out the most, the meat was incredibly tender and properly seasoned. It was paired with rice that was so flavorful, and the poached egg on top tied everything together, balancing the dish perfectly. The Beef Belly with muscovado sugar, on the other hand, was just okay. The meat wasn’t as tender as expected, so it didn’t quite hit the same level as the other dish. The taho ice cream and cheesecake are *chef's kiss* We did, however, feel a bit underwhelmed during our second visit with family. It seemed like the quality wasn’t very consistent, and the serving time between dishes took quite long. This might have been due to the Mother’s Day crowd and the number of guests that day, but it did affect the overall experience. It’s still a place we enjoyed during our first visit. I’m also really sorry that your second visit didn’t feel the same. Mother’s Day was one of our busiest days, but I completely understand how the long waits and inconsistency could affect the experience, especially with family. I will personally speak with our kitchen and service team so we can work on being more consistent and better prepared during busy services. We recently celebrated Valentine’s Day at Estos Clark, and overall it was still a lovely experience. The food was really good, flavorful, satisfying, and beautifully presented. It definitely made the celebration special and is something we truly enjoyed. Because it was Valentine’s Day, the restaurant was very busy. With the large number of customers, the customer service was a bit on the downside, and there were some delays. The staff seemed understandably overwhelmed and probably already tired from attending to so many guests. Still, kudos to the team for continuing to serve everyone as best as they could despite the pressure. Special occasions like this can be challenging, and we appreciate their effort and hard work. We believe in giving room for honest mistakes, especially during peak days. Overall, we would still recommend coming back and trying Estos out perhaps on a less crowded day to fully enjoy both the food and the service. It’s definitely a place worth visiting.
