We had an amazing dinner at EUREKA! Love the concept of pairing sake with food. Especially the sake selection is stunning; I didn´t knew that sake is so diverse. My favorite dish was the lamb with mashed carrot and caramell paired with a "christmasy" kind of sake, slightly sweet with a hint of chocolade note. Super friendly, professional but also warm and family-like staff around chef Marie Chiba. Was so cool to have a convo with her.
