Evelyn on Turtle Creek exceeded every expectation for my birthday dinner! From the moment I walked in, the ambience was immaculate—chic, warm, and elevated. The customer service was top-tier from start to finish. The staff made me feel truly celebrated and special throughout the entire evening. To top it off, every dish was incredibly flavorful and executed to perfection. My Family and I flew in from Miami, Florida, to Dallas to celebrate the grand opening of a medical center. As someone who works in the hospitality industry and a business owner I was genuinely looking forward to visiting this restaurant. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed from the moment we arrived. The hostess, Emily, was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. The hostess is often a guest’s first impression of a restaurant, and this was not a good reflection of the establishment. Overall, we dined, the experience improved tremendously due to our server and the rest of the team. They were attentive, professional, and welcoming, which helped turn the evening around.
