Indeed, with our new range, stracciatella has replaced mozzarella, which may explain its more liquid texture. We are still in the process of adjusting recipes (mozzarella will be making a comeback very soon). Regarding the staff, I am sorry that you found them unpleasant. We will contact the restaurant concerned regarding this matter. For value for money, we do everything we can to work with local, organic and seasonal ingredients, which can impact our prices.
