This is 'the hangout' of the Kamioka locals. 'Eagle' is a s small bar sits right over the river in Kamioka. It's a place where you can get a drink and a nice bite to go along withyour drink. The menu has you covered with a very decent variety of whiskies, beers, wines, Japanese spirits, and well-crafted cocktails prepared by a dedicated bartender that takes pride in his craft. The best thing about this bar for me was the people watching. You'll get a good feel for the town and it's people just by sitting here and nursing your drink(s) as the locals gather here to catch up and have a laugh. The music is good too (at least to my liking) consisting mostly of classics from the 60s to 90s. Posters on the wall match the music (Beatles, Clapton...) and give the place a bit of a classic vibe.
