We were very lucky to find availability at the last minute in the Eagle and Child. We had a fabulous room, with a great view over Ramsbottom up to Peel Tower. There was a wonderful breakfast, and complementary drink included in the price. We had a very tasty meal in the restaurant in the evening. Both our meal and breakfast was of high quality. We'll definitely go back again when visiting our family and friends.

My wife and I went to the Eagle & Child for lunch. We had the chippy tea option. This meal was well worth the cost and well presented. The restaurant is spacious with good views over the Irwell valley towards Holcombe Tower. It was also vey clean. Access was easy. Booking a table was very easy using the website. The staff were very helpful, polite and always smiling. The only down side is the very small car park. We will be going there for another meal in th near future.
