I've visited Mimosa House a few times now after Saturday morning walks with friends (there are 5 of us). The restaurant is not usually super busy when we get there (a little before 9 a.m.), but the friendly and mostly cheerful wait staff seem to have trouble getting to tables to take and deliver orders, refill coffee, water, etc. The food isn't fancy, but it's generally well-prepared and tasty. I didn't give a 5-star rating because my food hasn't been served hot two of the three times I've visited, which has been disappointing for a $25 ticket (including tip).
