Come here for some rest after a long walk around Tounji Temple. Try nicely cooked fried oysters, pasta and sea urchin that are offered at this restaurant. Tasting the delicious wine is a good idea.

I would not recommend this restaurant to travelers. We spent 10,000 yen for two people and left feeling cheated. The quality of the food was subpar for Tokyo. We ordered lobster, which was charged to our bill but forgotten until we checked the receipt. When it finally arrived, the portion was tiny and mostly filler—very poor value for the price. The environment is also smoking-friendly, which made the meal unpleasant. We felt targeted as gullible tourists. There are much better places nearby for this price point.
