This is either the best Chinese food you will ever eat or the worst. Very inconsistent.. It’s a shame this place used to be extremely consistent. Now it seems the food is prepared ahead of time instead of specially made for each order. I seldom eat Chinese food but was shopping at the local grocery store and had a craving for vegetarian egg rolls. The Dutchway cashier told me to try East China as it was close by.
