If you have never come across Chinese cuisine, you should order a table and try the menu at this fast food. Based on the visitors' opinions, waiters serve nicely cooked chicken strips, sweet & sour chicken and crispy beef here. East Ocean with takeaway dishes is good for those guests who like to have supper in a hurry. If you look through the guests' comments, the staff is competent at this place. Banging Chinese. Lucky enough to have been brought up in Newport and had a lot of East oceans. Probs 100+ No where has ever came close. Their crispy beef is the best in the land. No one does it like it. I used to be skinny People have commented on the service. Back when Sam was doing it for years it was top service. Now I feel like the young people working there struggle to smile and have no customer/people skills. I come for the food don’t doesn’t bother me but I can see why it puts first timers off. It is rather pricey compared to others but I feel the quality is better. And yes prawn crackers should be free. Not £4. Or at least offer to those who spend £30+. Don’t take it on board. Do it. Great food tubs were full beef very tender, nice to get Duck that is not shredded out of a packet. We had a family dinner with a wide choice of meals and they were all good.
