If I want Cantonese food I find it hard to get food quality where I live. From the first time I went to now, nothing has changed at Eastern bamboo it's still just a cut above most Chinese offerings out there. Try their sweet and sour pork.. don't expect that red sauce you get everywhere else. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Had a amazing meal here, the staff were lovely and so welcoming to us, very polite and friendly! Restaurant is perfect and very clean, definitely go again, very affordable also and a good place to eat, the staff gave me a rose as it was valentines, so thoughtful

went with a party of 6 on tuesday 22 october 2019 really looking forward to meal got there at 6 30 pm closed no reason why just no one there really dissappointed what to do now went home phoned sungs happy eater on yarm road darlington really good meal well worth it an half the price of eastern bamboo wont go there again i will just phone sungs your loss eastern bamboo when a take away is just as good
