It's a pity, the staff is courteous as most visitors note. Eastern Star is notable for its prompt service. The atmosphere of this place is cozy. 3rd time we have used this place. Ordered 1duck and 1chicken curry with no vegetables. Once we got home the curries were packed with vegetables but a good amount of meat. However; I rang to complain about the fact we had ordered no vegetables and the woman argued back that I had not said "no vegetables". I had a friend with me who confirms my request. Eastern Star would not swap/refund or any help whatsoever. We will not be using them again (potential large family order).
