Very convenient and efficient service. Staff was kind and helpful, and everything was quick and smooth. A great option if you need fast assistance or pickup in Bologna. Definitely recommended for practicality and speed.

I've been there a few times to pick up some shipments; they offer a pickup service. Usually everything goes fine, but sometimes, even though I offer to show my ID when they ask for my name, they repeat it out loud! Answer to their update: The response confirms the person’s bad faith. I see they didn’t even bother to read what I wrote, which only confirms the poor service. The fact that showing them my ID wasn’t enough makes me add that perhaps, since the people working there come from different “cultures,” they should learn about how things work in Italy! Avoid this pickup point — it seems to be run by...!

Probabilmente il nome viene ripetuto per conferma . La prossima volta cerchi di scandire bene il suo cognome per evitare che venga ripetuto
