We usually ordered without any problems. Beautiful, tasty and delivered exactly within 1-1.5 hours. For the last two months, every order is somehow surreal: at first it’s just delivery for 2+ hours, delays, then 3+, well, okay... they started calling back and saying that there are a lot of orders, you have to wait 3 hours. Since when did the waiting times in Mozyr become the same as in Minsk? The last time was today - an employee tried to convince that the conditions of some kind of promotion were not met... I didn’t try to order at all for the promotion, in the app there are only Monday promotions... in the basket there are rolls and I press order. I don’t need this... but the man insisted that I had to get into a certain queue for a promotion before 17:00. Quote, “and now it’s almost five”... firstly, what is five when it’s 16:27 on the clock... secondly, I don’t need a discount, when will you deliver the order, without your promotion, what time? - After eight. That's over 4 hours of waiting! , sorry, but with or without a promotion, your delivery service is simply disgusting, and this is very important when you don’t have your own catering premises.

We ordered sushi, they brought rice porridge with fish (. The rice was undercooked, sticky. There are no words to describe its taste. Real porridge. It’s a shame, we ordered it before, it was great. We hope that this was such a one-time promotion (
