Unbelievable, spend £33 on food where it was served in the worst condition ever (cold, throw in the bag and worst of all not what I paid for). Went to the counter with the receipt thinking "ok I will just wait" it was even worse off. Meat was burnt, cold and it did not taste good at all. I don't usually leave a bad review unless truly surprise me. This place has. I really hope no-one gets food poisoning from Burger king or the bill with huge. Waited 17 minutes for the food. Then gave us the wrong drinks. Also gave us a wrong burger. The staff (a young lad) didn't even apologise to us. Just said "yeah, were busy" They also got someone else's order wrong too. For saying we paid £40-£50 they definitely could've done better. Very disappointing. Having waited nearly 20 minutes watching the chaos of staff getting the orders together we were not surprised to receive an incorrect order missing one burger and then luke warm burgers and chips an extra burger and portion of nuggets which we didn't order. Absoluted shambles Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20
