Its generally okay coming here, but today FFS, translucent salmon pieces on a bed of rice with a slap of fish eggs. Cut corners, then get a low star review. Fair. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Natto feast at Eat Japan, Staines food court. Thanks to squarecrumpets Malay food quest I got to try this. Obviously all natto in the UK is imported frozen stuff. Anyway, its just nice to have natto maki because not many places do that. Also had the maguro with natto and spring onions on some rice with soy sauce wasabi. Portion of the maguro natto was a little different compared to their online menu. Smaller cuts of tuna. Nothing fancy but delicious.
