Our classes take place inside a real restaurant in the heart of Rome, and safety, respect for staff, and proper behavior are essential for everyone’s experience. During your visit, our team had to intervene because the situation became difficult to manage due to excessive alcohol consumption and disruptive behavior toward the staff and other guests. Nobody was “denied service” without reason. Our team simply applied the same rules we would apply to any guest in order to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. We are proud of the professionalism of our chefs and staff and of the quality experience we offer every day to travelers from all over the world.
